Cancel anytime from My account; it applies from the next cycle. You keep the videos until the paid period ends, which is not refunded, and you stop receiving free shipping. If you are already a verified stylist, you keep your access to professional products.

Do I need previous experience?
No, none at all. The course teaches you from the ground up: first you understand the structure of the hair, and from there we move step by step to the complete technique.
If you are just starting out, we recommend this order: first the course, then the membership to learn step by step how to use our professional straighteners and treatments.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have 60 days of access counted from the day you buy the course. Within that time you can watch the lessons as many times as you need, at your own pace and from anywhere.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, in the Professional Level Straightening Course. When you pass the final test you receive your DESTELAYR® certificate, which you download from your account.
With it you can apply as a stylist to access our professional products.
How can I pay?
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay and Link.
The course is a one-time payment. The membership renews every month.
How do I cancel the membership?
You can cancel whenever you want from the “My Account” panel.
If you can’t find the option, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, and we recommend reading it before you buy. In short: courses and memberships are digital products with immediate access, so payments are non-refundable.
