Refund Policy
Important: By completing a purchase in our academy, the student expressly accepts this policy in its entirety. We recommend reading it before making any transaction.
Section 01
Nature of the digital product
All products offered by DESTELAYR Academy — including individual courses and memberships — are digital products with immediate access. Once payment is processed and access is enabled, the product is considered fully delivered.
For this reason, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.
Section 02
No-refund policy
By completing a purchase on our platform, the student acknowledges and expressly accepts that:
- No money will be refunded once payment has been processed, regardless of the reason.
- No credits, vouchers or balance transfers are issued upon a cancellation request.
- Not using the purchased content is not grounds for a refund.
- Technical problems with the student’s device are not the responsibility of DESTELAYR LLC.
Section 03
Individual courses
When you purchase an individual course, access to the content — videos, materials, downloadable resources and certificates — is activated immediately. Since digital access cannot be “returned”, no payment made is refundable, without exception.
Section 04
Memberships and subscriptions
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan). The student may cancel their membership at any time from their account panel; however:
- Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle. The period already paid will not be refunded.
- Charges already processed are final and irrevocable, even if access was not used during that period.
Section 05
Disputes and chargebacks
If the student files a chargeback with their bank or payment processor without first contacting DESTELAYR LLC, the account will be immediately and permanently suspended.
We reserve the right to provide all evidence of purchase, access and use to the relevant financial institution in order to resolve the case in our favor.
Section 06
Billing errors
In the unlikely event of a technical billing error (duplicate or incorrect amount), the student must contact us within 5 business days of the transaction at academia@destelayr.com. Verifiable errors will be corrected as soon as possible.
Section 07
Acceptance of this policy
By making a purchase at the DESTELAYR Academy (destelayr.com), the student declares to have read, understood and accepted this Refund Policy in its entirety. This policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of DESTELAYR LLC.
