Lost Package Policy

At DESTELAYR LLC, we work with reliable shipping services and always provide a tracking number for every order. However, in rare cases, a package may go missing during transit.

If your order is listed as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with family, neighbors, or your building's reception area. In some cases, carriers mark a package as delivered before actually delivering it, so it's recommended to wait 24 to 48 hours. You can also contact the carrier directly (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to begin an investigation.

If after these steps the package doesn't appear, please contact us via WhatsApp at (737) 395-3537 or by emailing team@destelayr.com . We'll be happy to help you resolve the matter with the carrier.

In cases where the carrier marks an order as "delivered" but it has not been physically received, DESTELAYR cannot guarantee refunds or reshipments unless the investigation officially confirms the loss of the package.

For added security, we recommend choosing a shipping method with signature confirmation if your area has a history of problematic deliveries.
