Refund Policy

At DESTELAYR LLC, all of our products undergo rigorous quality control before being shipped. Due to the nature of our items, we apply a limited and specific refund policy.

We do not issue refunds for changes of mind, misuse of the product, or subjective dissatisfaction. We also do not accept refunds for products that have been opened, used, or whose safety seal is missing.

Exceptions for damaged products
Refund requests will only be accepted if the product arrived damaged from the factory or if there was a verified error on the part of DESTELAYR. In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching clear photos of the product and the original packaging.

– Order number
– Photographs of the product and packaging
– Brief explanation of the case

Our team will review your request and respond within two business days.
