How to use
Mix one part Blonde Up Bleaching Powder with two parts Blonde Up Peroxide in a non-metallic container. Use the appropriate amount of peroxide for your technique. Mix until you get a smooth, creamy texture. Apply with a brush to the desired strands and adjust the exposure time according to the desired result. Rinse with warm water and wash with Phytoca shampoo.
